At Radmil Tech, we aim to provide our services with professional care and quality. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for services and products offered through radmiltech.com.

1. Refunds for Services

Because our services involve time, planning, consultation, strategy, development, design, and other custom work, refunds for services are only available in limited situations.

A refund for services may be considered only where:

  • The delivered work is materially different from the agreed scope of service, and
  • The client has clearly explained the issue, and
  • Radmil Tech has been given up to 3 reasonable revision opportunities to address and correct the issue, and
  • The issue remains unresolved after those 3 revision opportunities

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Requests outside the original agreed scope
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Failure to provide content, access, or approvals on time
  • Subjective preferences where the delivered work matches the agreed requirements
  • Work already approved by the client
  • Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, licenses, ad spend, platform fees, or external software costs, unless required by law

3. Refunds for Products

Where physical or digital products are sold directly by Radmil Tech, refunds will be offered where required by applicable law.

If a product is provided, fulfilled, or sold by a third party, any refund rights may also be subject to that third party’s own terms and conditions, except where law requires otherwise.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing and include:

  • Your name and company name
  • Your order, invoice, or project reference
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Any relevant supporting evidence

5. Review of Refund Requests

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where applicable, we may first offer revisions, corrections, or another reasonable solution before approving a refund.
