- Additional recovery costs or lawful interest may apply to overdue amounts where permitted by law
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our fees cover only the agreed scope of work. Any extra revisions, additional requests, or changes in scope may result in additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, drafts, code frameworks, systems, methods, and pre-existing materials developed or owned by Radmil Tech remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights to final deliverables will be transferred or licensed as agreed in writing. You retain ownership of materials you provide to us, provided you have the legal right to use them.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use or recommend third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, payment processors, advertising platforms, analytics providers, APIs, or software tools. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, pricing changes, feature changes, service interruptions, or policy decisions.
9. Service Disclaimer
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, leads, sales, compatibility with all third-party systems, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radmil Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 3 months, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent conduct. If a project is terminated, payment remains due for all work completed up to the termination date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.
